    Faster EFT

    Hey.

    Thanks for reply.

    Faster EFT

Hi MB. I am very familiar with EFT, although I am not exactly sure what is different about Faster EFT. It appears to have an additional component. Anyway, I will have to check it out. I use tapping for anxiety and get some positive results.

My mom was introduced to it when she was undergoing cancer treatments, and it helped with her emotional and physical pain. She taught me. Mostly, I rely on YouTube videos - Brad Yates is good and he's funny too. I'm really glad you posted this. I mentioned it once in the holistic healing section but got no response, so I hope this generates some interest.

Have you tried Faster EFT yet? If so, what has your experience been?

edited to add: I read a book called, "I Need to Stop Drinking" by Liz Hemingway. She talks a lot about using EFT to stop drinking. It worked for her.

I used it for Anxiety and works partially. I would have to tap longer I guess, or I don't know how to address anxiety. I used FEFT for back pain. It worked instantly. I would like to make a plan how to get al the beliefs out for my addicction, which is also possible but more complicated. Hve to go back in memory, write down experiences, wipe them out... That is why I started the post, I don't know how to get started.

      Take care.
      :welcome:

That's quite a testimonial. I'm going to do some research on FEFT when I get home from work tonight. Thank you so much. I hope someone with experience in this technique weighs in. I will be following this thread closely.

I looked into this following your mention elsewhere.......fascinating stuff.

I am so certain that childhood trauma creates addiction and left/right brain hemisphere imbalance. I have used holo sync for the last few years and love it. Breaking the emotional tie between memories and current reality seems like the final piece of the jigsaw of addiction.

I have a good grasp of the biochemical aspect but had found no method to disconnect the emotional aspects, other than extensive psychotherapy which finds the 'why' but leaves you stuck with the emotional response.

I will be pursuing this to resolve my nicotine addiction and will post back results.
