hypno question

Hi all,
Fairly new to the program. I am doing the sups and thinking about adding the tapes. I cannot do the full set - time issues and my family is not aware that I am doing this. I want to be able to put it on my ipod and be fairly inconspicuous. Does anyone just do the "Control your drinking in social occasions" CD or do I need the whole set! (Things are getting rather costly - I was surprised what all the sups came to . . . cheaper than drinking, though)!:thanks:

Hi evergreen, in the book RJ says that out of the 4 CDs, if you cannot afford the set, to consider buying "Hypnotic" to gain "major benefit". Best wishes, Janice
