Why do I feel down?
Yes it does retteacher and I must admit I feel better today and guess what, just come home from work and my little parcel was on the doorstep - my cds have arrived!!! Everyone is out tonight so I'm home alone so looking forward to my first hypnosis experience!! I think also the weathers not been great here in England after a fantastic April and I know if I'd been able to throw myself into my gardening then that would have taken my mind off things (alcohol). I know I keep saying this but thank you all for your support, nobody else knows I'm doing this apart from my husband so its good to talk.
