    Bed Wetting and Cipralex w/ alcohol

    I was just recently prescribed cipralex for GAD and have been taking it for 2 months. I am in AA and was in detox 2 months ago for alcohol. I drank once last week and wet my bed lol and again when I drank tonight... what gives? Im also taking diazepam. My sheets are soaked WTF. Any suggestions or answers?

    Don't know about the bed wetting, but I do know that taking diazepam and drinking can be deadly. You possibly could be too out of it from the diazepam to wake yourself up to go to the bathroom? Not sure.

      Dragon, I have to agree with j-vo here. That's a lethal combo. Benzos and AL are a bad mix. Please be careful.

        Nursie says don't do that! The meds are synthesized much more rapidly with alcohol on board.
        I'm not a doctor, and I can't give you medical advice, but peeing the bed happens when your brain is shutting down all function just to keep you breathing.

        Goal 2: 14 days :happy2:
        Goal 3: 21 days :happy2:
        11/27/19: messed up but back on track
        12/14/19: bad doozy but back on track

        One day at a time.
