shout out to the 311 gang

Hi all,

March 11 2014 marks the one year anniversary of a group of us who came together to address our individual issues with alcohol. So here is a shout out to everyone, as I would love to hear how you are all doing. I'm good, practicing yoga, still working a crazy schedule and have been mostly AF since mid July. I continue to be grateful to the support I received from the 311 gang, and so many others here at MWO.

Wow! I Can, what a fantastic string of consecutive AF days. When I think back as to how far we have come since last year, it is pretty amazing, yes?

So happy for you. Keep it up.
