Could someone give me a list of "must do's" to get started on this? I am so tired of day ones and I really want to be successful at not drinking this time.
I am very interested in the hypnosis and meditation concept and would love any advice on that. Is it possible for someone to do that on their own? Is there a guide on this site to help me learn to do it? (self hypnosis or meditating)
