Hi Chilli,

I take the vitamins as well as Kudzu and L-Glut and I have been AF now for almost 8 months..

Its not just about taking vitamins though, its also about getting into the right mind set, changing habits, seeing alcohol, not as a friend but as an enemy and coming on here and using the support and love of eveyone here to help you as well..
