Congratulations. That's a big step. I haven't had more than 32 hours in a while so I can't offer much advice there. Be kind to yourself and be proud that you are making steps. I got some medication from my doctor for detox but of course haven't made the step yet. Makes me feel better though to know it's there to help me through when I get ready.
