Hypnosis CDs

Hi all,

I got the CDs last week but been very slack getting on listening them regularly - my free time has been very scarce. I have listened them in the evening lying in bed and I get to the point where my legs are heavy and then next thing I know I wake up when the CD is over. Is this usual? Also, I did notice one night the the sleep CD is odd ufo sounds after the nice water lip lap - is that correct?

Otie, I think you are being hypnotized when that happens. It happens to me too and I wake up when the CD is over. Even if you are sleeping I believe it is getting in there....Don't know about the UFO sounds. I have not listened to the sleeping CD yet.
