    Starting Disulfiram tomorrow

It's been 24 hours since my last drink. I could take the Disulfiram now before bed (as I've heard it causes drowsiness) or take it in the morning as was prescribed. I think I'll wait till after breakfast tomorrow to make sure the alcohol's completely out of my system. Here goes...

    Starting Disulfiram tomorrow

    Hi Free -
Sounds like it would be safe for you to take it anytime. I take mine in the morning when my resolve is the strongest. Waiting until late afternoon or evening gives you an "out"...and remember, do NOT drink while taking it. Take it from someone that learned the HARD WAY....good luck. It will get easier!!!

      Freeby,
Good for using a tool that will help you take that choice off the table. Stop in the NN for daily support!

Thanks for the welcoming replies, K9Lover and j-vo! I usually shy very far away from forums. I'm keen to join in on this one, though

Does NN mean Newbies Nest? I'm so new to this, I don't even know all the terminology used (eg. "bump", "AL"...). I figured out "AF" means alcohol free.

If I want to keep some kind of daily log/journal/progress report, where's the best place to do that?

        I have so many questions!
        Thanks,
