Yes Running that's very normal I think. Embrace a cosy bed if you have one. Soon you will be a big girl and staying up later and later. Don't worry also if you have broken sleep as this is much more common than most people think (including for non-drinkers).
The hours between 4pm and 8pm were the toughies for me so I either kept busy with work, cooked up a storm, or just blobbed. Getting into my pyjamas as soon as I got home from work was another way I relaxed as was having a warm bath. Some nights we just ate takeout but overall my family has enjoyed more healthy meals since I quit AL.
We still have the odd family argument just to spice things up!:H
