Sugar headaches....
Yeah, I hear ya on this front.
I think mine could be related to stress? Hormones? A combination?
I woke up with a bit of a lingering headache myself, and last night we had another bad neighbor experience. It passed quickly, we went to my studio where it is very peaceful and quiet but I did not sleep much. Normal in a new place... well... new for sleeping. It is going to be great eventually though.
If I can survive last night without drinking I think I am now in a very good place! I have to thank the support of everyone here for this. Undeniable.
Interesting, as in the beginning (7 years ago) I found it weird to post for strangers to read what was going on? Now, we are no longer strangers even if we have not met.
Not sure why these headaches persist though?

Can go a couple of weeks then they just appear. Right now have had one for 2 days.....medication not making any real difference....
