Oh, and JC, between the rest of the Army we'll get you to quit ciggies as painlessly as possible. And you can moan and complain and bitch as much as you want to - there will always be coffee, sympathy and choccies (as if you have to be reminded of Army vital bear necessities).

Evening lovelies,
You're all very kind............I'll get me head around it while we're up in the caravan the week after next.

Best thing I've got is a wee chalk board stuck to door in the kit hen for a few scribbles (got it for Chrimbo) . Works a dream if I can translate the scribbles.

Set a date for end of August and work towards it --- worked for me!

We don't have radiators our heating ducted and its just the 800 million sox and nix hanging about that gets on me nerves.

I'll order the Allen Carr. Wasn't keen on Jason Vale's Kick the Drink or whatever its called but that could have been I was over a year AF when I read it.

JC, give yourself a short-term reward - use what you would have spent on ciggies in a month for a short break somewhere; then think about longer-term rewards.

When I gave up fags & borrowed money from the bank :yuk: and bought a little car.
Couldn't drive but had a lovely car :H
