Glad you made it through the weekend WW. Continue to read the toolbox and so many other great threads here. Remember that addiction doesn't magically go away after we've been sober for a great deal of time. It's something that is a part of us and we need to care for daily. Being able to say, "yes, this is me, this is a part of me, and I'm not going to fight it anymore" is the day when it becomes easier. I'm writing this today, as my recent relapse had me in such a bad state of mind, that the only way I knew I could feel and be myself is to let go of any false beliefs that I can moderate or I can be like others who can. It's not me. It's not who I am.
