Count me in. I had signed onto the ABS forum yesterday with the goal of 30 days AF for the month of June - perfect month only 30 days. I take it that forum is really more for already successful ABSers. Oh well. I am still a newbie in need, perhaps perpetually! Ha!
I like the idea of setting reachable goals of improvement. I am so all or nothing. I am already a little panicky about my ability to reach 30 days but do not want to lose the progress of more AF days. I would like to reach for 30 days AF but my main goal is no more hiding my drinking. No more drinking alone at home. Saving it for social occasions and striving to be the most (or one of) sober people there. I am doing the sups and have just added L-glut. By July 1 if I have not made progress i will add the CDs!
