I have completed my first 7 days AF and despite a rough couple of evenings... I am enjoying a nice read with my daughter and looking forward to the next week with renewed resolve.

Sobriety is precious.

a huge congrats Muso on your 7 days and now keep the momentum up. those 7 days are hell on wheels so keep that freshly in your mind when those al thoughts come front and centre. i know i never ever want a day 1 again. That turns me off when i have al thoughts. have a great day

Day 8 down and today I felt great!!! So many roads to travel yet but I've taken the tough periods and felt strengthened by my previous experiences. I know every day won't be like this but have had not 1 craving today. Thanks guitarista and everyone else here
