Computer probelms for the last couple of days, but sorted out now.
My son hust arrived to stay for Christmas and New Year, and I must say, it feels good not to be entirely alone for this time of year.
How's everyone doing with their Christmas shopping?

Baby bro coming home this year- he's the 'chef'! I'll be assistant! Other bro, wife and baby coming too, so this year should be nice.
Memories of last year I worked til 3, Daddy was on his own til I got home, he ran out of heating oil and I'd to drive across Belfast looking for someplace selling it! I was so fuckin tired, sad and angry! And sorry to say was glad to see the end of it!

NO! That was terrible. This year sounds like the complete opposite.
We do put a lot of pressure on ourselves for one day. 3 for Santa here, so as long as he delivers as promised, the rest will fall into place. I hope!

Sorry Rox, y'know I coulda kicked myself asking what ye are doing. I actually hate when people ask that this time of year. As if the world will end if you're not going to someone's or having folk over. It's another day at end of it all. In all honesty I quite like working it!

i am thanks, a bit. i can now think straight. dogs not pleased, not been out for a week apart from a mooch up the road once to quell my feelings of guilt.

dog gets me out of the house, does me good. hes been very good though, only occasionally picking up a toy and looking at me with those eyes, half wagging his tail hopefully, dropping the toy and going into another room where i hear suspicious noises.
