    Count down to 365....

21 days to go....344 sober days! Feels amazing. I looked at my supplement cabinet and couldn't believe how much it took me to get to this point. Teas, minerals, multivitamins, omega3, a variety of protein shakes, herbal sleep aids...I don't use most of them anymore but will keep them as a reminder of how hard the battle was especially in the beginning.

Thanks alot mywaout family. Only y'all truly understand what this means and takes. So many times I came to the brink but the thought of coming back here to let y'all know that I slipped, was unbearable. So glad I joined this site. It subconsciously keeps me accountable.

It works the same way for me, Liz. That accountability piece sure is important in beating this thing. Thrills me to watch you succeeding!

Yup, me too Liz! I just passed the 2 year mark and really credit everyone that participates here for this accomplishment.
Even the negative humans who pop in from time to time with unkind words, somehow it all has a place.
                    Well done girl!!

Pie, you have been a wonderful source of encouragement to me. I truly thank God for you and other wonderful people here... Pauly, Guitarist, Eloise and many, many kind, supportive people here.
Big congrats Eloise on two years. I totally understand about the negative people. I believe hurt people hurt other people. I jus tend not to feed that energy.
I do have a few stressors (brother in jail for alcohol offense. Serving a few months) and other work related stress but it's part of life. I'm not running to the bottle this time. Jus focusing on gratitude to get me through.
