    Day 11?? Lost track..is that good? Can't know for certain....cravings coming....hate the 2 week mark...it is super tough as I've heard others attest to...crap! Supplemants really help for whomever is out there merely observing....they make a world of difference...had none one day, and had major cravings that night....took them in the am and totally had no intrusive thoughts! Supplements rule! Keeping on top of it all...2 week mark is rough...

      Hi Beanie

      I had the 2 week mental block too. It's the furthest I'd got to before my quit on 14th June. I got through it with keeping on here and listening to people and also by sticking to the "one day at a time" rule. It's that important to me that I added the mantra to my signature line.

      What I'm saying is the 2 week mark is what you have in mind, but try to just think of today for the moment, don't even worry about tomorrow just keep going, one day at a time.
