9 Years ! And still discovering myself

Hello Everyone,

Today I am 9 year sober ! It was today I got my rock bottom. So so grateful to MWO where I was able to express and get so much support.

Since then I have discovered so much what I am capable of. ..

However lately I came across this book and the author which has give me so much about how we should view ourselves, live, world , desires and most importantly our mind and emotions.

Please read the book called : untethered Soul by Michael Singer
&
Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer.

It this has been truly an awaking experience for me when I read this. And today I would urge all of you struggling with addiction to read these two books

Hi, Rahul. Congratulations! It is great to see how joyfully you embrace your sobriety.

That is quite a book, isn't it? If your library has Libby, all of his lectures teaching the book are available in audio format. They helped me understand his ideas even more.
