Newbies in need - Day 29

Welcome Sheshe, Molly and Sante. I am new here too. I have learned so much from this thread. Please stay tuned. Kitty, have you named the kitty yet? Nancy, I have had that bood for awhile and have been trying some of the suggestions. I have found it very helpful. Well good night. Have a good weekend.

Newbies in need - Day 29

Hi everyone. Welcome Sante, Molly, SheShe. Sounds like you have made a good start. Molly, I think you decide based on how severe your problem is, family history, trial and error, etc. The book has some suggestions in the back. Glad you got the kitty Kitty and hope it is settling in. Glad you stayed AF for the day Retteach – Nancy’s idea of some volunteer activity sounds interesting. Do you use the cds? Rottrod I sympathize with the unpacked boxes. I still have a lot as well. Starlight, Nancy, Lilac and Db2 – you all sound good! My new grand niece came home from the nicu so that is a relief. I had a pretty good day and made it through a Friday night without too much wine so I’m happy!

Newbies in need - Day 29

I hate where i live, the girl upstairs sounds like an elephant as she stomps back and forth across the floor all night. The dog next door barks like a banchee, i had a fight with a 'girl' (i think she's a girl, i am still trying to work that one out... is she human or is she animal?), i had a dream about my sister last night and it wasn't a good one, and half my tooth or filing has broken off, hence i have a big gap in my tooth which i can't stop feeling with my tongue.

Apart from that, life is grand and i feel like a drink, but i won't succomb. I have to work in 2hours and i can't turn up drunk.
        *Sigh*.

I hope everyone else is having a better evening than i am having :durn: .

Oh yeah, and the animals on Dr. Who aren't scarey anymore.
