Hi, I am one of those planning people (read: "worry in advance"). Please tell me your stories.. I am wondering what it has been like for you who have been on Topa successfully then have gone onward to the next step to leave Topa behind and to rely on Kudzu, L-Carta and the like and the supplements to handle the cravings. I'd like to know what supps you have relied on and if they have worked for you. Thanks!!!:thanks:
