hey guys. i'm new here. i've been using evrything i could get my hands in the past years. and i've decided it's time i put an end to it.
I'm from europe, and i've been trying to find some clinic, rehab center, what ever that provides Naltrexone treatment (here in europe)... And had no luck. couldn't find anything, and i'm starting to panic since my determination to end this lunacy wont last forever.
If anyone has some info, i'll be forever grateful.

Marianne: Check out this Forum (which I assume you're doing) and also the other parts of the site. There's a lot of good info here. People use combinations of supplements, meds, CDs and support in many different ways. Some use things individually some use only the support of the boards. I think most of the meds mentioned on this forum can be ordered from online pharmacies, depending on where you live.

I hope that you find what you need in order to help you with what I call a move in the right direction in order to seek help. You should be really be proud of yourself and by all means take Rob's advice. Read other people's story (even mine which was posted this Monday), keep signing on and check us out. Welcome Marianne. Perhaps you can get a pescription and get started at home on this while you look for a rehab place?

I'm also in Europe. Where I am Campral is the preferred drug to help with cravings but they also will do Naltrexone on request. I have never taken either because they are contraindicative of anther medication I take, but I did request naltrexone once and get it (Doctor neglected to check what other meds I was on-- luckily I did). Wish I could send it to you but that might be a tad looked down upon in the customs control.

One of the members here takes BOTH Campral and Naltrexone and says it is very helpful. Many members are helped by Topamax, as you can see.
