I was on this for about 6 weeks early on in my sobriety journey, it worked well for a while, but I slipped and it never really worked effectively again.

Check out some of the previous posts in this forum, there's been a lot of discussioin about naltrexone which will probably answer your questions.

Hi, I'm on it now for mods and its working a treat at 25 mg every evening. Side effects went away after first night. Now am a social drinker, for all intents and purposes, though that is throwing up its own complications (not used to socializing when not drunk, but learning!) - DNM
