I haven't used any Kudzu except for MWO's, but think it is great and therefore don't know if I would want to try anything else.

It really helped me get through my 39 days of AF. I don't use it for moderating but for doing a 30 abs days.

Moderating I think making sure that you eat dinner when you drink works best. No before dinner drinking.

Where to get Kudzu in Canada?

Hi all, I know I can get every other supplement recommended here in Southern Ontario as I now have purchased them but when I go to the health food stores they look at me in puzzlement over Kudzu. I still haven't found it here in Mississauga Ontario unless someone knows where to get it? If I order it from the MYO site will I get it shipped to me - other US suppliers have said they can't guarantee I will get the shipment due to importer food and drug laws? Any help would be appreciated.....Thanks
