I have been on topomax fo two weeks and am currently taking 50mg. It has been quite effecive in helping me moderate which was my goal. Today I was to up my dose to 75mg but since I have had a horrible cold with swollen glands, bad cough achyness sore throat ugggg....I just wonder if it makes sense to add more drugs to the mix. I haven't been eating much (from the cold..otherwise healthy appetite..no weight loss unfortunately).
