Top from Aclepsa ok?

I oprdered from Aclepsa and it came from India in an envelope I had to sign for. Of course my mother was visiting and I had to tell her they were supplements. I thought I would die!!!! I didn't want anyone to know.
They are pink (I ordered the 25mg tabs.)
I took 2 days worth and felt very foggy and strange. Not sure if it was that or the Effexor my Dr had put me on.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like the topa sideeffects. Check out some other posts about side effects of topa. Each manufacturer of topa has their own style of pill. The generic ones are not allowed to be the same as the branded ones.
