Hi Sharon,

I find that it can make me a wee tad draggy, but it definitely works for me to curb the desire and the amount that I would consume. Its almost like after I take it, I physically do not feel like drinking, but my brain tells me that "its time" to drink. I did get a headache the first time I took it, which I rarely get headaches unless its from a hangover, so I'm not sure if it was just coincidence. But since then, I have taken it no problem. For me personally, the MWO brand is the only one that I have found to work good.

I had that question as well. RJ said that it's good to take the 3 X 3 to keep the serum levels in our blood system constant which makes sense. I suppose you could take an additional just before your witching hour whenever that may be.
