    antabuse and the MYO supplements

When I left the hospital with my Antabuse, the doctor gave me another drug to help me sleep but it also was an anti-depressant. It started with "T". I took it a couple of nights, but it made me so dis-oriented and groggy most of the following day that I finally threw them out.

Since I've stopped drinking, I don't have any problems sleeping all night, whereas BEFORE I stopped drinking, I would be restless during the night and sometimes would lay awake for hours before being able to fall into a fitful sleep. It was awful.

I definitely have more energy. I'm back on my multi-vitamins the way I should. I'm exercising every day. With the drinking, sometimes I couldn't or wouldn't exercise and when I did I was sluggish with it. Just felt tired all the time. Alcohol is a depressant, mentally and physically, and the way I was throwing back VMs it's a wonder I was able to rise at all.

Anyway, working on developing new habits. Did I tell you guys a bought a bike? The great State of California took my license, as expected, so I bought the bike to get back and forth to the DUI/AA meetings and now I ride it even when I don't have a meeting to go to. I haven't been on a bike in about 16-17 years. What FUN!
