I have been taking and it is hard to tell if it is helping. I think it has helped. I take 800 mg a day. It is apparently also good for the liver.I'm really easy to get along with once people learn to worship me -

There has been a lot of discussion about it in the holistic healing forum if you want to do a search there.
People with bipolar should not ever take it. And it shouldn't be taken together with anti-dep medication.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
