nearly non-alcoholic wine and Campral ?

Hi ! I was wondering this: the efficacy of Campral fades if one drinks. My goal is to be totally AF, but my favourite drink is wine. I can only find white wine that has "less than 0,5 alcohol".

Does this have an effect already, if I drink the whole bottle or any at all ? ALso, has anyone nothiced that even that small amount of alcohol could trigger a binge already ?

This is my second AF day and I have had a non-alcoholic beer, but I'm not a beer drinker and would love to find a nice substitute.

      Thank you Evielou !

Yes, grape juice is also one of my favourites, you can add lime juice/slices and crushed ice... And there is a myriad of recipes for all kinds of non-alcoholic drinks...

But my question is still all about the alcohol-free white wine (less than 0,5 % alcohol).

I really like the taste of white wine.

Please, anyone with any insights ?

I drink loads of af wine and beer etc etc at 0.5 % or less with no effect whatsoever... this has been brought up before in general ...ages ago I think...if you search for threads about af drinks it will come up eventually.

I have posted before too. I drink these every night instead of the 'real' deal strong alcoholic drinks. Although I dont take any supplements with regards to alcohol (except kudzu if I am craving - but not really now) .

So I would say go ahead and drink if you have ok'd it with your doctor or on the instructions on the pack....

You would need gallons and gallons of 0.5% alcohol drinks to get drunk and in a short space of time...I dont think you would do it ....LOL
Kids drinks have 0.5% in them too...so it goes to show they aren't strong.

        Good Luck
