on day 3 of topa without doc, looked up all side effects but am having trouble figuring out which are serious etc. i know that eye pain is supposed to be serious, but how much eye pain is considered real eye pain? you know? how much light-headedness is ok vs. alarming. anybody have any precise info on this? thanks.

Hi Babbert,
When I started taking the Topa, I read the insert, took note and then stuck it back in the box and forgot about it. I find the more I know about the side-effects the more I would almost anticipate them.
The only side effect I had was tingling feet, which was more annoying than sore as it would wake me up in the middle of the night sscratching my heels.

Nope, i did things a bit backwards!!
I took Topa for 3 months and reduced my drinking drastically - was down to one glass of wine a day and even thought the wine didn't have the same appeal I was adamant that I was going to hang onto it. Then after spending more and more time here chatting to everyone I realised that my idea of modding had changed and I found myself on the 30 day list for August. I haven't looked back since!!
It's not the right way to do the program but it worked for me. I think the Topa really helped to reduce the craving to drink more and being on the site made me realise that I can do it.
