Karl, most physicians would be happy to give you a prescription for it, I think...

Karl, over here in Spain a doctor will happily prescribe it, you can also order it online but it is comparitively very expensive.

I think if you can speak to a doctor and be accountable to somebody it is also a help-(in my personal experience).
