Antabuse and Topamax

Anyone doing both? I don't want to go through a million threads to find the answer and was just wondering. I have been contemplating this. I am currently at 50 mg of Topa and need more of a kick in my ass apparently.

HI Beaches: I'm not doing Antabuse, but 50 of Topamax is a pretty low dose. I take 50 two times a day and even that is still a pretty low dose. Are you considering dosing up? The max is 300 which few get to; from what I've read many find it clicks between 100 and 200 mg/day.

Thanks, I plan on titrating up but this is my third time on Topa and think I need something else to really bring it home for me. I will go up to 75 in a couple of days.

I'm only on ante-buse. I find that the thoughts of the of drinking on ante-buse, kicks the cravings right out of the door. I do have the occasinal craving, but it is short lived. Just knowing that there is no option, helps.

I have taken Antabuse once, but not while on Topa. I might take it again tomorrow......
