confusion starting campral

Many people seem to have different opinions? Should I start campral the first day AF, or try to be AF a couple of days. Honestly, it has been hard to even go one day lately, so I am thinking of starting it the first day and wanted to know of other experiences. I have put this off long enough and am sooo ready.

I started Campral the first day of AF. It helps with the cravings. It's not going to make you sick if you drink on it like antabuse, but it will help. The hardest thing for me wasn't the cravings but the HABIT of drinking. That's the key for me to stop, changing what I do and how I do it. Good luck hon. :welcome:
