Rhodiola Rosea?For Anxiety Depression?

Hi everyone,
Ih ave been to the health store today and armed myself with kudzu (they only had it in drops form)
They had not heard of topa and i was wondering if it is available here in ireland?
Also the girl in the shop told me to try "rhodiola" as a remedy for my irritability and depression which is highlighted when i can't turn to my wine.
Has anyone heard of this or have any feedback?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Hiya Annie. Make sure the kudzu isnt in an alcohol base wont you? Sometimes tinctures are.
Topa is a medicine, you would need a prescription if indeed a gp would supply it to you.
Not heard of rhodiolla, but I guess anything is worth a try.

Thanks starting over....yes the kudzu is extracted in alcohol but i was told to dissolve drops in hot water for 3-5mins to dissipate it.Would you reccommend kudzu?

Oh I would definitely recommend Kudzu, but I would be very careful about the alcohol base...when I was first AF, I took rescue remedy when my anxiety was bad, it too is suspended in al. My cravings came back with a vengence after just a few drops....
I would take Lglutamine too, easy to get hold of and really helps with cravings.
I get my kudzu from here, its very good quality and works..I get my Lglut from holland and barrett.
