        Yesterday-

        am- 10mg
        afternoon- 10mg
        Evening- 5 mg

Quite tired by the evening but not too drastic- no drinks, it took a bit of willpower but not too much.

Feeling good today and hoping to do the same!

Yeah Marbella, I am so happy for you.

I am waiting for my bac to arrive and will let you know how it goes. So far I am still AF so I am looking forward to something to help with the "wanting" part of it. I do like the STOP sign idea too.

              Thank you Starts!

I actually did not find it too difficult to not have those two beers. Since starting the Nal, I have done quite a few days AF- but not more than 2 consecutively, but on the Nal, I wasn't supposed to be trying not to drink- if I felt like a drink I was supposed to take the Nal and drink, as that is how the Sinclair Method works.

I need to mentalise myself that Baclofen is a different med- I am not 'supposed' to be taking it to then drink, and I 'feel' those 2 beers far more on the baclofen than I did on the Nal...If I thought it would be 2 beers for the rest of my days I wouldn't worry, but the Baclofen doesn't make them distasteful like the Nal did- I am worried after 2 if I wasn't in the situation I am in, that I would drink more than two...therefore it is better that I don't have any- I never
want to go back there again, so hungover I literally cannot even get up.

Well I am of to take my last dose

I did feel better Zen- the two or three beers aren't enough to give me a hangover, but I felt better that I had another AF day as I haven't had one since starting the baclofen and was beginning to get annoyed with myself- I was having one or two a week on the naltrexone.

I also think like you, that drinking on top of the baclofen makes you feel worse after than if you had drunk without baclofen.

My top dose of Bac was 10mg 3x a day...........That dose is what did the trick for me. I had zero cravings and felt GREAT......Wonderful in fact !!! It was such a relief not to have those nagging thoughts of wanting/needing a drink. I was so happy to find that such a small dose could accomplish such a huge FEAT that no amount of counseling or white knuckling, nagging or threats from friends Etc. Etc. couldn't make happen. Baclofen gave me the little "something extra" that I needed to get myself together to be able to put the bottle DOWN and LEAVE IT DOWN ....I believe that I WILL NEVER DRINK AGAIN and I believe that wouldn't have happened without the help of BACLOFEN.

Evening 5 mg....was going to do another 10, but wasn't too sure about driving home after 10- I was already pretty knackered.

No drinks, but definitely some cravings- but I just kept thinking of the 10lbs I need to lose and miraculously that kept me away from the fridge.

Yes, not being able to see my feet is quite a big motivator...
