I got derailed in dosing up last week. I was getting 2 and 3 hours of sleep with my job and let things kind of go.

I am back to titrating up. I do think I will be home for a week at least, so things should settle in.

I hope you manage to get back on the track. Maybe baclofen can help sleep aswell if most of it is taken towards bedtime? I'm still a beginner and don't have all the facts but I'm fairly sure that baclofen has general central nervous system sedative properties.

It was work that was keeping me from sleep. Not voluntary at all!! :-)

I slept 15 hours after I got home Friday night.

However, the exhaustion and stress did get to me. Sigh. I need to be stronger.

However, I will be doing 60 mg 20/20/20 of Baclofen today. I will do that for 2 days and up again.

I do not seem to suffer the tiredness that Marby and Zen have.

Today 7:00 a.m. 20 mg 12:00 p.m. 30 mg

I am planning on doing 30 mg tonight.

An hour after my 30 mg and no tiredness yet. Interesting.

Since I am pulling another all nighter for a client, I only took 20 mgs tonight, instead of the 30 I had planned. I didn't want to fall asleep on the phone with them.

However, I have done really well today in terms of cravings and thoughts.

I am excited for us, too!!

So, today I took:

7 a.m. 20 mg, 12 pm 30 mg, 9 pm 20 mg.

Beatle, It took 2 weeks for mine to get here but I wouldn't count on it. I would order it in plenty of time and have it sent to your friend's house.

The only problem with 4x.com for me was that they sent it requiring a signature, air mail.

I did notice that the envelopes were not opened by custom, though. Kind of interesting, my order from River Pharmacy for Naltrexone a year or so ago was opened by customs.

Same here, my River package was opened and 4rx package was not. I didn't pay extra for fast shipping at 4rx and did not have to sign for it. Took about two weeks.

Okay, I took 30 mg three times today.

I am sober.

Yes, there were times I had thoughts but I didn't jump in the car and go buy any. Only a little bit of the pity party happened.
