Well, I took 30 mg this a.m. and 30 mg at lunch today. This is the first time I have felt the effects of the "somnolence" described by Dr. Amiesen. I had to take a nap today and could barely wake up from it.
However, I am going to stay at 90 mg /day and do it for a while until this wears off as I know from others it will.
I know when I drink, I drink to passed out/blacked out every time. Taking a nap is a whole lot better than that!!
The good news is, I even feel strong enough today to get out of the house a while and NOT go buy a bottle. This is incredible.
