I am having to bump down a bit. I am getting weird dreams at the level I am currently on but I am sober and so grateful to be that way.

Cindi, I will be interested to see how low you can go and not have the cravings return !!!

I found for me that once the switch was OFF it stayed off, even without the Bac.
I went back on Bac when stress hit cause I knew that would throw my switch back to the ON position.

I am so wondering if that is gonna be the same for others ???

Harry, that is a funny story about your neighbor. Did you know she had a drinking problem? Surely someone wants some great beer. But who knows, it might be great fertilizer.
Cindy, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you can go down without cravings. I have heard people talk about weird dreams when going AF, so that might be part of it too. Hope they go away, doesn't make for a restful night.
