The package insert here in the UK says to start on 5mg x 3 daily, then move up to 10mg x 3 daily after three days. The best advice I've heard on this, and a friend wrote the same advice last night in a PM here, is that we're all different. There is no right or wrong way for people in general, just what is right, or best, for each individual! So, 2.5mg would be a very cautious way to start, but not a bad idea for the first day at least, just to see how it affects you

I'm extremely sensitive to meds myself, and the first few days I really noticed a dose of 5mg, so for me I increased (am still am) very slowly indeed compared to most people. The main thing is to increase at a rate that's comfortable for you! You'll get there eventually

Yes, I noticed that, too. I have no idea what that's all about.

I just received 360 10 mg tab of baclofen from the river today. Now, I realize that I should stock up, and plan to buy 400 10mg pills from Inhouse. BUT I am also on Naltrexone, and thought I could also stock up on that as well. But I cannot find Naltrexone at Inhouse using their search engine. Does anyone know why Inhouse does not carry Nal?

Mare, I've ordered from InHouse Pharmacy before and they will ship w/o requiring a signature, you just have to put that in the comments.

I ordered from All Day Chemist this last time. They are cheaper IF you get a lot, as they do charge shipping, In House does not. It also took about 2 weeks to get here, vs 9 days for In House. All Day ships Lioresal which seems to be a tad bit stronger than the Pacifen from In House. What did you get from Goldpharma, Lioresal? Or Pacifen?

I think it was a temporary glitch on their website.

I saw the same notice (and had quite a fright), but when I refreshed the page (CTRL + F5) it is listed as usual.

To order bac from 4RX in the quantities I do (8000mg at a time) would have cost me $72 more per order, and I would have to have it delivered by normal mail as opposed to FedEx.

AllDay doesn't deliver to South Africa at all.

Go back and look again: that's why I edited my WTF post... I don't think they have really discontinued it.

I ordered topa from 4rx on a Sat. night and I received them by US mail on the following Thurs. I live one hour south of Tampa. Needless to say I was shocked they came so fast. I did pay that extra shipping but it was not that much and I did order other meds along with it. You can actually track your shipment with the number they give you and know the day you are getting them. Even tell when your local post office sends them out for delivery. To me the extra cost was worth the delivery time. WHTM

Again, for my selfish purposes: 4RX does not offer EMS delivery to South Africa, plus even if they did, their costs to do so are very high compared to the FedEx rate of $40.00 I pay via InHouse.
