I have been starting on Baclofen for the past month. I'm having a hard time getting past 60mg and am still drinking and not noticing much in the way of reduced cravings. I do feel some relief from anxiety which after I read "The End of My Addiction" I identified as a primary stimulus for my consuming alcohol.
I'll keep people updated on progress. I really want to get to the no craving stage. The only other time I have been able to be AF was after visiting a healer. That lasted 3 years and I can truly say that I was indeed without cravings, any at all. But current cost for that program is $3800 and I don't have it.
