Yes, the one Bernard mentioned. It's $106 on Amazon. No, I can afford Dr A's book and will order that.

Gyco, I am glad that all it took was to stop drinking. Long time ago I stopped and didn't get panic disorder until I'd been AF for six months. Dr says I have bipolar depression, so I have to be on meds for it. I took it upon myself to up one of them this a.m. as a test of sorts. It might help things.
