The medication. I have been to my doctor once before and didn't find him helpful at all and was wondering if I can purchase any of the medications listed.

The topamax seems to be the one that RJ suggests but it doesn't appear to be licensed for alcohol in this country (I may be wrong here)

If I can do this on my own I would prefer to keep my GP out of this.

Hi Rebecca,

I think some UK people have had problems with medication ordered online being confiscated by Customs, while other people have had no problems. It's a bit of a lottery.

Could you find a more helpful doctor? But you're right, some drugs licensed in the US are not licensed here.

Hey again Rebecca,

I am following you around. (honestly I'm not stalking you).

I agree with Marshy. My doc put me on a home de-tox to begin .

Now I only take Vit B (thiamine) ,milk thistle and GABA (haven't got a clue what that does but it seems to work). They're all available over the counter.

This is my bad time, I have usually had a very large (third of a bottle type) glass of wine by now. Got a sore head and drinking loads of Rooibos tea as it is all I have in the house atm.
