How to get in the UK and which one?

Brilliant start having no alcohol in the house.

Just had Mr JC on the phone. He's in Tesco so I've got him to bring me some roobios tea.

What's it like? I'm forever trying to find grown up soft drinks. I don't like coke. I like something with a bit of a bite.

Just found sour cherry juice in the Polish aisle at Tesco

Rooibos is excellent. I have about 6 cups a day. Its a S African herbal tea. Also good with a slice of lemon.
      I'll do whatever it takes

I get Baclofen from 4rx.com in the UK - no problem at all.

            Hi Rebecca

If you ever go to Spain, you can buy it OTC here- it does require a prescription, but 4 times out of 5, they just give it to me.

It costs around 3 euros for 30 x 10mg. I wonder if those having problems getting it in the UK might find it is worth their while to get a cheap Ryanair flight here and stock up!

How to get in the UK and which one?

              Hi Rebecca ,

I'm in the Uk & I have just started Campral. I looked into all the options & to me it seemed the one with least possible side effects .

It is supposed to act on the chemicals in your brain that have been affected by alcohol & the idea is that it lessens your cravings .You are not supposed to drink on it but if you do it doesnt do any harm ,...just doesnt work very well.

You can get it on prescription from your GP & it is licensed for use with alcohol problems. Topomax I dont think is but some GP s may agree to let you try it . Dont know if this is any help but hope it is .I was very loathe to try any medication but never seem to be able to get anywhere alone ...I do feel that campral is really helping me tho --I certainly havent had that overwhelming urge to open a nice bottle of wine over the last few nights . Here s hoping anyway!!

Good luck & hope you find what yoy need
