I am starting Campral as soon as Rph hubby sends it from our pharmacy up here to our second home in CO where I am, he's in TX right now, I can't wait....I heard from several in chat that it is really a lifesaver, today is day 1 AF...again....I took a bac just to take the antsy edge off....Check in tatoosh, and let us know if you are still on it and how you are doing...I notice the posts are months old....

Sonya, my view isn't that you fell off some wagon, but you just made a bad choice. As long as you learn from it, it is just a step in your journey and nothing to be ashamed of. I think you are doing GREAT and are on a great path! Just focus on the positive things and the negative things (like AL) will get bored and go away.

I took first Campral today at 2:20 when it got here, do I take another at dinner, or bedtime, how to ya'll dose it? I'm only taking 1 3 x's per day right now to ease into it, I don't want to have side effects. How long did it take to kick in???? I posted another thread, but nobody has answered....Tatoosh check in. Baba, was it you on chat that is moderating on Campral? Or was that someone else?
