I have noticed a HUGE difference since taking only topamax from my local CVS pharmacy as opposed to the topa shipped from overseas. Not all good b/c my hair is completely falling out!!! I have been on it for two months and have lost about 15 lbs, cravings are greatly down and my hair is falling out. Prior to that, I was only taking river pharmacy and did not notice any of this.

Major difference in CVS pharmacy topa than river
P.s. I am on 300mg and have remained on 300mg thinking it was the same thing the whole time. I dosed up the normal way with the river pharmacy topa as noted in robertas book."One day at a time. Messy bed, Messy head."
