Your original question was "Sinclair method works or not"? I think the short answer is that it clearly works for some people but there are those that are less fortunate. I fall into the latter category, having meticulously followed The Sinclair Method (TSM) protocol for 38 weeks. My hunch is that, despite the oft-quoted 78% success rate, the real-world success rate is probably less than this figure. Why? Quite simply because, like most clinical trials, the 78% figure is based on a controlled trial. People with anxiety disorders (like me, for example) were excluded from the trial. And there were other people that were excluded. Only time will tell what the real-world success rate proves to be. I will watch with interest.
