How's everyone doing?
I keep checking, maybe you all have moved to another thread, or it's just quiet..... Holding strong at 120mg/day, keeping to it, don't want to f-up again, I hate drinking now, had the worst, most depressing/embarrassing night! Day 6, feeling almost normal besides having a slight cold, comes & goes, someone told me today it is a stress induced cold, I'd believe it!!
Son Zac is finally taking his drivers test, only took us 3 tries to do it, harder than getting a passport!? I guess homeland security ?! Hope he passes, I am nervous just watching the part in the parking lot, now he is out on a very busy road..... Here he comes.......he passed yay!!!!!!! Ok for now, gonna take him out to lunch, good luck everyone, keep us posted on how u r doing!!!

Consolidated Baclofen Information Thread
Hello friends,
Today I had to go back to the doctor on hands and knees because of my cluster headaches. I have been getting them off and on now for a couple of months but was afraid to get back on my Neurontin and Verpamil due to the Baclofen.
My doctor said it was fine to take all together, as many with MS do. (I am also a "probable" early onset MS patient, so it makes sense.)
At least now I have all my meds coming from the same source, my GP, who happens to be a fantastic doctor.
I'll let you know if this combo is okay or not but I am not going to quit the Baclofen. I may still binge occasionally (I also need to learn how to deal with plain old life) but my drinking has really gone down to much less than it used to be. Too bad my binges are still hardcore binges.
In the future, I may order Baclofen online and see if I can titrate up to the "off switch."
But first, I will give my body some time to adjust to taking all three of these meds at one time.
Love,

Great Cindi,
I *think* (hope) your binges will get under control with the bac. At least for me, drinking on bac does not lead to the uncontrolled drinking of yore. And that has been the case since early days at low levels.
Also, I don't understand why you would order bac online if your fantastic GP is prescribing it and you seem happy to be under his/her supervision.
The headaches and MS sound devastating, but the progress and hope are clearly in place!Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... hi all
I definitely did not mean to give Bac a bad wrap by what happened to me, the consencus is still that I took 5 (10 mg), which i think I did, just to chill, crash not off myself, talked to some close friends before doing it, drank too much tho, and a few of my best friends have said they found a bottle of cough syrup empty in the bathroom, that had codeine in it.............don't know if I took it in my sleep or it was given to me( lost of my friends seem to think Mike wants to make me look unstable and suicidal and also control me and make me afraid to be alone..........??) make sense?? I still don't know what to think, things were really bad and the bottomless abyss was right there, so maybe I actually took way more............please do not deter my stupid act from your use of the wonderful medication............did wonders for me, don't trust myself w/ it anymore, going only w/ my tons of vitamins and welbutrin from now on, and support from lots and lots of loving friends here and on this site.................realized how precious life is, the hard way..............I would have really ruined my kids!!!
Don't recommend it to anyone, if u ever think of it, remember my story, or pm me I will call u, want to be there for anyone who ever needs help before doing that, ok???:h
End of story, sorry and best of luck to you all, will check your progress.................

Yes a mixture of alcohol and baclofen could definitely hit you hard, especially when taken together with codeine. I have mixed baclofen with a low dose of a benzodiazepine a few times. I wouldn't recommend that either.
Hope you are feeling better now!
