bump -- for the first couple pages (before the b4a and other side-conversations kick in)Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Bump. This thread is an excellent source of information. I'm forever coming back here to check one thing or another.
Can't it be stickied?Having hit the switch, I now post under the username "bleep". Look forward to seeing you on the other side...

thanks for the bump beatle! I'm subscribing to all these info threads so I can refer back to them. I pm'd dr. OA today just to thank him for his book and he responded right away. So very cool to have THE expert/godfather of this revolutionary treatment so accessible. Next step, talking to dr. l and then hopefully starting my journey on bac. I have never felt hope like this during any of my searches for a cure, whether it be aa, rr, smart, 7 weeks, allen carr, and 700 other things I've tried. Everything about it makes sense. We'll see...:yay:

Can anybody help me on this? I am currently heavily drinking while on BAC for last 1.5 months. I have noticed my mood change. I have problems at work. Those are political problems interacting with other people at work. I now tend to be very upset by everything. I am constantly thinking and having imaginary dialogs with those people. It is devastating to me and my family and causing me to drink even more. I am taking Alprazolam once in a while to suppress the mood changes and anxiety but is afraid to take regularly because of dependency concerns.
So the questions are : is it BAC or AL intake make my mood change to worse?
I suspect I am having those constant dialogs just as justification to take more AL
Anybody experienced anything like this? thanks for any reply
I really need help but have little trust in conventional shrinks

I am on 100Mg now. I am going to increase 10Mg starting Monday. I drink a lot of beer but now trying to control it. BAC was never doing anything for me except some strane SE.
I forgot to mention that my conditions meaning dialogs in my brain were alos present before I started BAC.
It is not hallucinations, as you may think. I mean I just imaginary argue with those people all the time , but now it become uncontrollable. Is it BAC ?

I am not sure daybyday. I would think that's not a typical side effect of bac. I don't know if you're getting your bac prescribed by a doc, but I would probably talk to one. I can imagine how hard that is. Talk to a doctor. ASAP.This Princess Saved Herself

Day, it's almost certainly the baclofen if you ask me. I too experienced changes of mood, sometimes extreme. Crying at sunsets and poems sort of stuff, getting very emotional about relatively minor stuff. Came as quite a surprise, since I'm not normally an emotional guy.
I also noticed a change in the way I thought. The actual thinking process changed, each thought hit me like E=MC squared, even mundane everyday thoughts.
While it was disconcerting, to say the least, I took it to be a positive, a sign that baclofen was at work in my brain. Increasing your dose, is funnily enough, probably the right approach. It's a very dose dependent drug, and SE's don't necessarily get worse as you go up, just different, so these particular ones may fade.
Good luck.
